I am Mary Underwood
I have a passion for research and holistic approaches to wellness.
We offer a comprehensive, body-centered approach, utilizing mindfulness, and brain integration therapy to assist clients in achieving their personal, professional, and wellness goals.
Since 2011, I have been supporting children, teens, and adults overcome learning and behavioral challenges, anxiety, the inability to focus, improve balance and coordination, and overcome relational trauma. I have also supported clients experiencing Parkinson’s disease, traumatic brain injuries, allergies, hormone, and sexual dysregulation, and physical pain.

Education and Training
I have master’s degree from Pacifica Graduate Institute in the Somatic Studies specialization, and I am currently a doctoral candidate in the same program. I hold a BA from the University of Southern California.
My professional training is in the following holistic somatic therapies:
